Currently operating in stealth mode, the company’s initial focus is on the treatment of atopic dermatitis, a chronic condition that affects 8.2 million people in the United States and has significant demand for more efficacious therapies. Coastline’s lead product candidate is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody that has demonstrated preclinical potential to deliver efficacy improvement over current standard-of-care treatments by targeting a broader range of disease-causing pathways.
